Michelle Badore

Michelle Badore is the manager of international clinical content development for the Health Information Systems business at Solventum. She leads clinical development of international coding and regulatory standards and co-leads the SDoH program. She currently serves on the leadership team for IFHIMA’s ICD-11 CoP, Solventum’s ICD-11/SNOMED CT Joint Steering Committee, and the Women’s Leadership Forum. Michelle has more than 20 years of healthcare technology experience in various inpatient and outpatient settings, multiple certifications, and is a former CIO of a large healthcare system. She holds certificates in Lean Six Sigma, Agile Scrum, and WHO’s Social Determinants of Health Equity, and is working on her Value-based Health Care Professional certification.
